Chris's career spans more than 35 years as a senior analyst in both asset management and investment banking, including Bankers Trust, Lehman Brothers and Stifel. Chris founded CWIC Equity Solutions Ltd in 2017 to provide investment research & financial analysis and joined TAG in 2020. He is actively involved in financial modelling, valuations and new business generation.
Legal & Regulatory
Raphael is a recognized expert in real estate law and in particular in the following specialties: Tama 38, initiation and accompaniment of acquisition groups, bank financing for projects, as well as real estate taxation. Raphael regularly advises companies and individuals on commercial, contract and corporate law.
Yojana is a well qualified and experienced LLB commercial lawyer. Her department is responsible for the production of all legal documents under EU, UK and US guidelines.
Dorine Ngatia holds a master's degree in management and financial strategy, and is a trained accountant. After several years' experience in banking and organizational management, she set up her own business in 2014 and in 2019 became president of DFINVEST, a financial and real estate services firm. In 2020, Dorine was certified by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers as a financial investment advisor. She is also a wealth management advisor, a banking and payment services broker and holds a T card for real estate and business transactions.

Career highlights include working with a private family office in the UK, specialising in new business and start-up funding predominantly within the IT and energy markets. Ben holds an Engineering degree & an MBA from Cranfield University where he specialised in corporate finance and business strategy. His career started as an Officer in the Brigade of Gurkhas.

She has interned at several financial and research companies in London and Beijing whilst studying and is Vice President of the LSE Alumni China Forum as well as being a virtual speaker for the Water Aid Network.
